Why does it say the file is corrupt in Adobe Reader?

The "File is Corrupt" error is caused by older versions of Adobe Reader. This can be remedied by uninstalling the reinstalling the newer version of Adobe Reader. Follow the steps below for the correct process.

1. Click the Start button in the bottom left of your Desktop
2. Go to the Control Panel
3. Click Add and Remove Programs
4. Find Adobe Reader in the list of programs and click it once
5. Click the Remove button
6. Follow the steps Adobe provides for removing Adobe Reader from your system
7. Reboot your computer after the uninstallation is complete
8. Go to our Adobe Reader Install Help page and complete the steps there to reinstall.
