I've forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

Click the "Password forgotten?" link located on the Login screen (or click previous link)
Enter your email address used when signing up in to the box
Click Continue
Within one minute you will receive a new password in your email
Login as normal with the new password and your email/username
The new password is now permenant and your old password is no longer valid.
The new password is case sensitive and generated at random, to change your password go to the "How do I change my password?" section
