How do I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password go to the Forgotten Password Help Page. If you would like to change your password follow the steps below.

1. Go to Log In at the top of the screen
2. Enter your email or member name and current password
3. Click Sign In
4. Hover your mouse over Customer Service (top menu bar), My Account, then click Change My Password as shown in the Illustration
5. Type your current password in the box labeled Current Password
6. Type your new password in the box labeled New Password
7. Type your new password in the box labeled Confirm Password exactly as typed previously.
8. Write your password down and place it in a safe location for future reference.
9. Click Continue
